Making a painting, collage, sculpture, working through a song, to me is note taking during a long trip through my mountain that hovers over Mount Tremper or the city I weave through and stare out at in Brooklyn, NY. My Art comes from the silence you only find in a Nature that is larger than self.

David Pollack lives in Mount Tremper, NY, and less and less now in Brooklyn, NY. He has shown at Life on Mars, David and Schwietzer, SFA Projects, Stout Projects in NYC, and upstate at LABSpace, Lockwood Gallery and 68 Prince.
